Awesome day up in Long Island yesterday

Yesterday I took Shamy with me to Serra BJJ Levittown for some afternoon Jiu Jitsu with The Mad Monkey Nick Serra.  What an awesome room.  by 1230 there were 7 Blackbelts 3 Brown Belts and several top level Purple Belts training in addition to the academys regular new students and Blue Belts wiping the mat.   Then it was off to Ray Longos to get Shamy some sparring with the pros up there.  Costas and Dan gave Shamy some great “tough love”rounds.  These guys are tougher and tougher every time I see them.  It was really good to be back up there.  The talent in the room is insane, AL, Drago, Luke, Pat Dan, Costas.  The list goes on.  Ray wasnt in attendance because he is with Chris Weidman getting ready to ruin Damian Maias evening on Saturday.  I love my Teammates from Long Island. I cant wait to go again next week.
